Jondal is the handsome and princely Indian boy by German doll artist Annette Himstedt. This porcelain ethnic Indian boy stands approximately 29 inches and was produced in a limited edition of 70. His elaborate ensemble was designed and hand sewn from hand dyed Indian silk with goat leather cuffs embellished with flecks of gold. He seems to be the regal hero of a Near Eastern fairy tale, so pure and affirming is his elegant presence. This little Indian "prince" was created to complement Serita, a little bi-racial Indian/American girl doll with equal beauty and appeal, sold separately.
