Mayuki is an ethnic African girl child from the Porcelain Kinder 1995 Collection of Annette Himstedt. This beautiful porcelain art doll was produced by the artist in a limited edition of only 80. She is approximately 22 inches tall. She has brown mohair Afro-curls with parting in the center, with two longer thin plaits on both sides and at the back of the head, with natural strands here and there. Her ears are adorned with leather ribbon which has antique colored glass beading, and her necklace contains deep orange colored antique glass beads. She is dressed in high quality sand colored kidskin suede which is very soft and smooth to the touch, and which has been entirely hand stitched, lying naturally off one shoulder and loosely off the other, revealing her little child's sweet shoulder. The outfit is adorned with loosely falling leather ribbons and antique glass beads. The trousers are also hand stitched with irregular borders, and also decorated with small leather ribbons and antique colored glass beads.
