We invite you to visit our brick and mortar doll store. The unique array of beautiful dolls amazes browsers who often exclaim. “Better than a museum!” We are visited by people from all over the world and are easily accessible by train from N.Y.C.’s Pennsylvania Station. Simply take the Babylon Line of the Long Island Railroad from Pennsylvania Station in NYC and get off at Bellmore. We are located in Bellmore, NY, a Long Island suburban community about 17 miles east of New York City. You can take a short walk from the Bellmore LIRR station to get to our store, which is in the Bellmore Village shopping district. If planning to visit us please check our hours and contact us before coming. Often we can accommodate visitors who can’t come during regular shop hours and we are happy to do so whenever possible.
We work hard to display our unmatched collection of beautiful contemporary dolls in a way that does them justice! With literally thousands of dolls on display, this keeps us busy. Beautiful collectibles are ensconced in shelves built in to the walls (sides and back), and a large central display island features many play and popular paced dolls as well as exquisite collectible dolls.
Our manager likes to create seasonal window displays worthy of a world class doll shop, using the vast selection of dolls as a palette. We take satisfaction in the fact that passers-by take time to admire these displays and often comment on them. These displays feature great choices for seasonal gifts.
We welcome visitors to various shop special events, announced here and elsewhere. At Christmas time we host a caroling evening with a local church choir. We also actively support several charities and sponsor related events throughout the year. Every fall we participate in the Bellmore Family Street Festival and from time to time we host events featuring a doll artist or company. Find bargains at our periodic sales events.
