Donna’s doing something special for the holidays!

Donna wants to help others in need.

Donna Camilleri, the youngest member of the Dear Little Dollies family, is doing something really special for the Holidays at the Bellmore Tree Lighting on December 2. You won’t want to miss doing something special with Donna at that event, at Dear Little Dollies doll shop on the north end of Bedford Ave.

Donna is a craftswoman. She completes beautiful latch hook kits in many themes, sizes and shapes — including rugs, wall hangings and pillows — with holiday, religious, sports, cartoon, floral, bucolic and many other themes. She also paints decorative indoor items. Whatever she does, she does with a special purpose — to help others in need. Her items will be offered for a donation at the Bellmore Tree Lighting event this year, with 100% of the donation going this year to the ADRC (Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization which serves all of Long Island in the various needs of families dealing with the tragic diagnosis of Alzheimer’s.

Donna calls her personal mission to help others by her crafting “Donna’s Doings”. It’s a beautiful thing, and you could be part of it by supporting her effort with a purchase. Every stitch she makes, every piece of yarn she hooks, every stroke of her paint brush, is a prayer . . . for those assisted by the charity she is supporting, and for those who support her effort with a purchase.
